A lawsuit a day

Mar 27, 2025 (66/1461)

TOM’s house is getting busy!  But not because of outgoing “mail” because of incoming “mail” (of course initially due to his outgoing actions). A court has ordered the Signal thread chat re: bombing the Houthis be preserved. “A nonprofit watchdog, American Oversight, requested the order. A government attorney said the administration already was taking steps to collect and save the messages.” I’m sure Goldberg would be happy to provide every single screenshot of the entire thread should the gov decide to ignore yet one more judicial order and scrub the thread.

And on court two (it is kind of like tennis keeping up with all of the pingponging illegal activities occurring everyday) “Evan Vucci, the chief photographer for the AP in Washington, testified during a hearing in his company’s legal challenge to the White House ban that since the organization has had its access severely curtailed, it’s “really struggling to keep up” with its competitors, particularly during major news events that have happened during the opening weeks of President Donald Trump’s second term.” So much for freedom of the press and/or a free market place. If you restrict a market competitor from entering the market, seems there might be something illegal going on there.

There are currently FIFTY-NINE lawsuits pending against TOM’s administration and or its actors. https://www.lawfaremedia.org/projects-series/trumps-first-100-days/tracking-trump-administration-litigation

How does TOM even have the time to continue creating havoc? Oh wait.  All of that money that we’ve “saved” by DOGE firing people? It has been re-routed to hire attorneys to deal with the fallout of his bullsh$$.

And because I can’t help myself when I see a good story about a bad clown….it seems that Mike Waltz, of Signal-gate fame, is really as much of a clown as he appeared in that f up. Wired magazine discovered that this security brainiac has a public Venmo account. We can see all of his friends, payments to them, etc.A Venmo account under the name “Michael Waltz,” carrying a profile photo of the national security adviser and connected to accounts bearing the names of people closely associated with him, was left open to the public until Wednesday afternoon. A WIRED analysis shows that the account revealed the names of hundreds of Waltz’s personal and professional associates, including journalists, military officers, lobbyists, and others—information a foreign intelligence service or other actors could exploit for any number of ends, experts say.”

PEOPLE!!! HE IS A NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR!  And clearly has no idea how to use group chats and clearly gives two shits about his own personal security. If he takes his own digital security so lightly, let’s all imagine how much he could possibly care about the US’s, mine, yours, ours.

Not  One  Bit. Do not trade your tickets for this bad show. It can only continue to provide endless amounts of head shaking and the inability to look away.
