This can’t be good. Hegsloth has summoned his top military commanders to a meeting in Virginia next week. “Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has summoned the military’s top officers — hundreds of generals and admirals — to a base in northern Virginia for a sudden meeting next week, according to three people familiar with the matter.
The directive did not offer a reason for the gathering Tuesday of senior commanders of the one-star rank or higher and their top advisers at the Marine Corps base in Quantico. The people, who described the move as unusual, were not authorized to publicly discuss the sensitive plans and spoke on condition of anonymity.” I feel like this could actually be the “call to arms” against the people of this once-great country. Like, really. At this point, our gov is so unhinged and throws darts at anything it can to see what will land that this could be a “thing.”
TOM needs to take his anti-paranoia meds. He has convinced himself, and apparently the Secret Service, that there was deliberate sabotage attempts made upon him at his trip to the UN this week. Broken escalators, glitchy teleprompters, and bad audio. This is his evidence. WHOA! Strong stuff there, cowboy. We better get down to the bottom of this! “Donald Trump has demanded an investigation into what he called a "triple sabotage" during his visit to the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday.
In a post on social media, the US president referred to an escalator abruptly stopping as he and First Lady Melania Trump stepped on, a teleprompter malfunctioning during his speech, and an audio issue in the auditorium. "A REAL DISGRACE took place at the United Nations yesterday - Not one, not two, but three very sinister events!" he wrote.
"This wasn't a coincidence, this was triple sabotage at the UN. They ought to be ashamed of themselves." News flash, TOM. No one cares about you enough to put that much effort into “sabotaging” you.
TOM is also doubling down on rally trying to get those unemployment numbers ski high. “The White House budget office has warned federal agencies to prepare for firings, not furloughs, if the government shuts down. In a memo shared with Politico, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) directed agencies to prepare for mass layoffs in programs that would lose funding and are “not consistent with the president’s priorities.” “Programs that did not benefit from an infusion of mandatory appropriations will bear the brunt of a shutdown, and we must continue our planning efforts in the event Democrats decide to shut down the government,” the memo says.” Riiiight. The D’s – who are in the minority need I remind you – are gonna shut down the gov and force these firings…..that sales job ain’t gonna work much longer.
