TOM v The Press x 2

May 4, 2025 (104/1461)

What we have suspected all along has finally been spoken aloud. We have broken new ground in the how low can he go race. TOM has outright stated that he’s unsure if he has to uphold the Constitution.  Yes, that thing that defines what the US of A actually IS. And he’s not sure. “President Donald Trump is circumspect about his duties to uphold due process rights laid out in the Constitution, saying in a new interview that he does not know whether U.S. citizens and noncitizens alike deserve that guarantee. He also said he does not think military force will be needed to make Canada the “51st state” and played down the possibility he would look to run for a third term in the White House.” Anyone else feeling like now might be the time for a little re-assessment on the use of the 4th section of the 25th amendment? “Allows the vice president and a majority of the cabinet to declare the president unable to perform the duties of the office, leading to the vice president becoming acting president.” Not that I’m pulling for J Darth Vance at all. But this behavior on TOM’s part is delusion defined. Finishing up with quintessential TOM, and his analysis of the economy. “I think the good parts are the Trump economy and the bad parts are the Biden economy because he’s done a terrible job,” referring to his Democratic predecessor, Joe Biden.” Of course they are. Good = TOM. Bad = Biden. For the next four years, likely. Every bad thing is Joe.

Back on the controlling the media rampage, TOM in another commercial TV interview got riled up with Terry Moran continuing to pepper him with “fact versus made up” and eventually lashed out. “During the interview, Trump repeatedly insisted that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the man mistakenly deported to El Salvador despite a protective order, had “MS-13” tattooed on his knuckles. When Moran correctly pointed out this wasn’t true, Trump became increasingly agitated. When Moran explained that the letters “MS-13” were digitally added to the images Trump was referencing, the former president lost his cool. In perhaps the most revealing moment of the exchange, Trump literally demanded that Moran abandon journalistic integrity and just lie: “Why don’t you just say, ‘Yes, he does,’ and, you know, go on to something else?”  Priceless. I can’t answer this question and I don’t want to say what you want me to say. I want you to say what I want you to say. Seems that tactic only works inside the WH. The brainwashing and bullying to talk the talk of TOM lies does not reach to the average, informed, sane interviewer. “It’s the same playbook dictators have used throughout history: Control the information landscape by making the truth whatever you say it is.” What’s a dictator to do when someone won’t lie for you? Such a rough day at the office.

To sum up what we have learned this week.

The President of the United States of America may not be required to uphold the Constitution.

The press should not verify nor challenge, but trust and support, what the President of the United States of America says is true.

The economy really just comes down to the number of dollies you can buy.

There will be a test later in the month……
