We all know that health is not a priority for TOM. As is illustrated by his horrific diet. Cola, burger, fries. I think x 3 meals a day. So the fact that he is decimating the HHS Dept should not be all that shocking. “Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) reorganization plans appear to have been revealed through a leaked Office of Management and Budget (OMB) document. The preliminary budget document, labeled “Not For Distribution, 04/10/2025,” includes a “Pre-decisional” header and outlines the department’s budget for the fiscal year 2026 president’s budget, which requires congressional approval. It also includes a blurry organizational chart. The overall budget for the HHS would decrease by approximately $40 billion to slightly over $80 billion, not counting funding from additional sources. The HHS’ newest agency, the Administration for a Healthy America (AHA), would have a budget of approximately $14 billion. The National Institutes of Health (NIH) budget will decrease by about 40%, from $47 billion to $27 billion, reports The Washington Post.”

You know, I see an interesting trend here. The two departments that TOM has (so far) singled out to make mostly disappear are both lead by entirely unqualified and unsavory individuals. McMahon in Ed – I mean c’mon who thought that the founder of the WWE should be enriching our children’s lives? And R Fraud Kennedy in HHS. Let the man’s voice literally speak for itself.  So if I follow this trajectory of completely unqualified, unsavory individuals place-holding for departments that are going to be sacked……is DEFENSE next??  Look over your shoulder, Petey.

I really am sitting on the edge of my seat and getting ready to pop popcorn for the showdown that seems to be coming down the Pike between Justice and King TOM. SCOTUS may lay down and find in his favor when there is the slightest glimmer of a chance that he is right. But now he is insulting their brethren and THEM. This is ripe for prime time TV. Who wins? I’d put my dollars (though fewer of them thanks to the tanking stock market) on SCOTUS. Alito. Gorsuch. Thomas. All men of huuuge egos. “Two federal judges in Washington and Maryland handling cases arising from the deportation flights have now declared that they have reason to believe that Trump officials have acted in bad faith by failing to comply with their decrees. To get to the bottom of the obfuscation, the judges have made plans for searching inquiries into who in the administration may have been responsible.
